目的探讨横切口手术治疗小儿疝气临床效果。方法对我院于2006年1月-2011年8月收治的86例小儿疝气手术进行回顾分析。结果所有患儿全部治愈且无并发症,随访3-12个月,所有患儿切口均为甲级愈合,疤痕小且与皮肤几乎无差异,无1例复发。结论腹横纹小切口手术在小儿疝气临床治疗术中效果较好,被广大临床医生所接受,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transverse incision in the treatment of infantile hernia. Methods 86 cases of pediatric hernia admitted to our hospital from January 2006 to August 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All children were completely cured and had no complications. All the patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months. All the incisions were grade A healed with small scar and almost no difference with the skin. No recurrence was found. Conclusion Small transverse incision surgery in pediatric hernia clinical treatment is better, accepted by the majority of clinicians, it is worth clinical application.
