1983年我段先后在解放和胜利两种机型上发生四起汽缸鞲鞴体环形裂断的机破事故,如图1所示。我局其他机务段也曾出现过这类机■事故,其中有几起发生在新的前进型机车上。这说明不论新机车还是旧机车,都存在这一问题。因此,分析汽缸鞲鞴体环形断裂的原因,并采用相应措施,对提高机车质量、减少机■事故,是有益的。本文着重从力学强度方面来加以探讨和阐述。 (一) 汽缸鞲鞴体是两面承受蒸汽压力的构件,不仅要有足够的强度,还要有较轻的自
In 1983, I successively explored and succeeded the machine-broken accident of four ring cylinders in the two models of liberation and victory, as shown in Figure 1. Other accidents in this locomotive have also occurred in other depots in our bureau. Several of them have occurred on new forward-type locomotives. This shows that both new and old locomotives, there is this problem. Therefore, it is beneficial to analyze the reason of cylinder ring fracture and adopt corresponding measures to improve locomotive quality and reduce accidents. This article focuses on the aspects of mechanical strength to explore and elaborate. (A) cylinder 鞲 鞴 body is subjected to steam pressure on both sides of the component, not only have sufficient strength, but also have a lighter self
