Traditional paper contracts have been difficult to meet the demands of business fields. Therefore, many parties choose to sign online contracts through online platforms. However, the vulnerability of electronic data in electronic contracts leads to its being easily tampered with. Therefore, the electronic contract must first ensure the authenticity of the contract in order to fully reflect the true meaning of the contracting parties, so as to prove that the contract is true and effective evidence to use. However, none of the existing preservation methods can guarantee the authenticity and completeness of the electronic contract efficiently, conveniently and safely. Therefore, this article will focus on how to ensure the authenticity and integrity of the electronic contract signed through the online platform so as to provide suggestions for the future security of electronic transactions or the preservation of electronic contracts.
