民初尊孔思潮为帝制前奏,尊孔导致复辟的说法并不科学,是片面的,把表面现象当成了本质联系。其失误之处在于忽略了尊孔思潮并不是原因,而与专制政治的出现同为民国初年历史发展不平衡的结果。这种说法割断了民国初年政治结构的专制化与袁世凯称帝之间的必然联系,以终点代替了事件的全过程。事实上,帝制的起点与尊孔思潮的产生是同时同步的,封建思想与专制政治相互适应,相互作用,互为条件,二者的结合,构成的专制运动才是袁世凯复辟帝制的前奏,才是导致帝制的原因。
The thought of respecting Confucianism in the early Ming dynasty was the prelude to imperialism and the claim that resuming Confucianism led to restoration was unscientific and one-sided. It regarded the superficial phenomena as an essential link. The mistake lies in ignoring the thought of respecting Confucianism is not the reason, but the appearance of authoritarian politics is the result of the unbalanced development of history in the early Republican China. This statement cut off the inevitable connection between the tyranny of the political structure in the early Republican era and the proclamation of Emperor Yuan Shikai, ending the whole process of the incident. In fact, the starting point of the monarchy is synchronized with the birth of the thought of Confucianism. The feudal ideology and authoritarian politics are mutually adapted, interacting and mutual conditions, and the combination of the two constitutes the prelude to the restoration of monarchy by Yuan Shikai.
