受表面等离激元共振效应的影响,金纳米棒饱和吸收体具有饱和吸收宽带可调、非线性响应时间快等特点,且便于与各种激光谐振腔整合,是一种有潜力的宽波段饱和吸收体材料。报道了一种基于金纳米棒饱和吸收体的1μm波段被动调Q固体激光器。将金纳米棒溶液旋涂于输出镜上,并将其作为可饱和吸收体构建到激光谐振腔中,在LD端面抽运Nd:YVO_4激光器中实现了1064nm被动调Q运转。在抽运功率为7.5 W时获得了平均输出功率为540mW,最小脉冲宽度为138ns,重复频率为602kHz的脉冲激光输出。
Affected by the surface plasmon resonance effect, the gold nanorod saturable absorber has the characteristics of tunable saturation absorption bandwidth and fast nonlinear response time, and is easy to integrate with various laser resonators. It is a potential wide band Saturated absorber material. A 1μm band passively Q-switched solid-state laser based on a gold nanorods saturated absorber was reported. The gold nanorod solution was spin-coated on the output mirror and built into the laser resonator as a saturable absorber. A 1064 nm passive Q-switched operation was achieved in the LD end-pumped Nd: YVO 4 laser. When the pumping power is 7.5 W, the average output power is 540mW, the minimum pulse width is 138ns and the repetition frequency is 602kHz pulse laser output.
