目的:调查并分析西双版纳地区牙拔除原因。方法:发放问卷调查西双版纳州医院口腔科1076颗患牙的拔牙原因。结果:因龋病拔牙最多,占47.95%;51～60岁年龄段拔除牙齿数目最多,占31.51%;第一磨牙为被拔除最多的牙位,占29.09%;中切牙及侧切牙拔牙原因多为牙周病,第一前磨牙、第二前磨牙、第一磨牙拔牙原因多为龋病。结论:龋病和牙周病是该地区拔牙的主要原因。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the cause of tooth extraction in Xishuangbanna area. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the causes of tooth extraction in 1076 dental units in the Department of Stomatology, Xishuangbanna Hospital. Results: The largest number of tooth extraction was dental caries, accounting for 47.95%. The number of teeth removed was the highest in 51-60 years (31.51%). The first tooth was the most removed tooth, accounting for 29.09%. The reason of tooth extraction Mostly periodontal disease, the first premolar, the second premolar, the first molar tooth extraction are mostly dental caries. Conclusion: Caries and periodontal disease are the main causes of tooth extraction in this area.
