目前酒店集团高端人才匮乏,如何正确选拔和培养好总经理的后备人才,已成为饭店企业连锁发展、实现可持续发展的核心问题。开元酒店集团成功的后备高管人才培养体系和培养模式值得其他中国酒店集团人力资源管理的借鉴。同时,笔者提出构建基于胜任力模型的培养课程、专业化人才培养基地和完善培养激励机制和利用品牌形象留人等四个方面完善后备高管的培养机制。
At present, there are few high-end talents in hotel groups. How to correctly select and cultivate reserve talents of general manager has become the core issue of hotel chain development and sustainable development. The successful reserve senior management personnel training system and training mode of New Century Hotels Group is worth learning from the human resources management of other Chinese hotel groups. At the same time, the author proposes to improve the cultivation mechanism of reserve senior executives from four aspects: training courses based on competency model, specialized talent training base and perfecting training incentive mechanism and utilizing brand image to keep others.
