[目的]了解山西省集体食堂食物中毒事件暴发的流行特征和趋势。[方法]收集2011年山西省11个市119个县区“中国疾病预防控制中心营养与食品安全所食源性疾病(食物中毒)报告子系统”报告的集体食堂食物中毒事件数据,进行描述性分析。[结果]2011年,山西省共报告集体食堂食物中毒12起,中毒631人,无死亡。12起食物中毒中,细菌性食物中毒2起,植物性食物中毒6起,原因不明4起;1季度4起,2季度2起,3季度5起,4季度1起;单位食堂5起,工地食堂6起,学校食堂1起。[结论]控制集体食堂食物中毒是降低山西省食物中毒发生起数和中毒人数的关键,预防集体食堂食物中毒是全年都应关注的工作。
[Objective] To understand the epidemiological characteristics and trends of food poisoning incidents in collective canteens in Shanxi Province. [Methods] The data of collective canteens food poisoning from 119 counties in 11 cities of Shanxi Province in 2011 and “Foodborne Disease (Food Poisoning) Report System of Nutrition and Food Safety Center of China Center for Disease Control and Prevention” were collected and processed Descriptive analysis. [Results] In 2011, Shanxi Province reported a total of 12 food poisoning in collective canteens, causing 631 poisonings and no deaths. 12 cases of food poisoning, bacterial food poisoning 2, 6 cases of plant food poisoning, for unknown reasons 4; 1 quarter 4, 2 quarters 2, 3 quarters 5, 4 quarters 1; unit canteen 5, 6 canteens at the site, 1 canteen at school. [Conclusion] Control of food poisoning in collective canteen is the key to reduce the number of food poisoning and the number of poisoning in Shanxi Province. Prevention of food poisoning in collective canteens is a work that should be paid attention to all year round.
