针对生物制药厂房荷载大、柱网大、层高高的特点,对不同烈度区(7、8度)、不同场地类别(II、III类)的多层框架结构生物制药厂房进行多次计算,得出了生物制药厂房结构在不同楼面活荷载、不同梁板布置时的主要梁柱截面、混凝土用量、钢筋用量。同时也对新、旧抗震规范对此种厂房工程量的影响进行了对比。通过分析,对多层框架结构生物制药厂房进行优化设计,可供确定方案时估算工程量,给以后类似工程提供参考。
