据报载,湖北省黄石市铁山区总工会招聘的4名工会主席候选人,分别到黄石富豪家具有限公司等4家民营企业试任该职。这4名工会主席候选人,是面向社会公开招聘,经过考试、考核、公示后产生的。经过3个月的试用期后,区总工会将依照《工会法》和《工会章程》,组织企业工会会员选举,通过后即可正式任职。他们与一般企业工会主席不同的是,多了一份“职业色彩”:工资福利待遇由区总工会统一支付。笔者认为,这种向基层推荐“职业工会主席”的做法根好!
It is reported that four trade union presidential candidates recruited by the Tieshan District General Union of Huangshi City in Hubei Province tried to appoint four privately owned enterprises such as Huangshi Regal Furniture Co., Ltd. to try their posts. The four union presidential candidates are open to the public, after the examination, assessment, publicity generated.
