为验证组配改良剂对铅污染黄瓜土壤的修复效果,通过盆栽试验研究两种浓度铅污染土壤中不同组配改良剂施用量对土壤理化性质、微生物群落结构、黄瓜果实中铅积累量和营养品质的影响。结果表明,800、1 200 mg/kg两种浓度铅污染土壤施用组配改良剂后,土壤有机质含量分别增加34.02%和25.96%,土壤细菌数量分别增加5.25倍和4.93倍,放线菌数量分别增加17.86%和233.33%,微生物总量分别增加2.72倍和4.32倍,但对土壤pH值无显著影响。施用组配改良剂后,两种浓度铅污染土壤黄瓜果实铅含量分别降低54.85%和30.17%,粗纤维含量分别降低24.59%和23.61%,维生素C含量分别增加59.52%和42.16%,并显著提高黄瓜果实中可溶性糖及可溶固形物含量,黄瓜果实的食用安全性和营养品质显著提升,说明该组配改良剂对铅污染土壤具有较好的修复效果。
