目的 建立病毒性心肌炎动物模型。方法 用CoxB3病毒Nancy株 ,经腹腔注射 ,感染BALB/c小鼠。 结果 病毒接种后 ,导致小鼠严重心肌炎 ;自 4d到 3 3d ,右心室外壁均可见黄白色斑块 ;第 4d ,心肌溶解坏死 ,有少量的炎症细胞肌间浸润 ,在第 4d后到 14d ,单核细胞和淋巴细胞浸润增多 ,并达高峰 ,也是病死高峰 ;14d后炎症浸润逐渐消退 ,损伤开始修复 ,疤痕形成。结论 本心肌炎动物模型可用于研究心肌炎的自然病程 ,心肌炎的可能后遗症 ,以及药物治疗心肌炎的疗效和作用机制理研究
Objective To establish an animal model of viral myocarditis. Methods BALB / c mice were infected with CoxB3 virus Nancy strain by intraperitoneal injection. The results of virus inoculation, leading to severe myocarditis in mice; from 4d to 3d3, the outer wall of the right ventricle can be seen yellowish white plaque; 4d, myocardial necrosis, a small amount of inflammatory cells interstitial infiltration, after 4d to 14d, Mononuclear cells and lymphocytes increased infiltration, and reached the peak, is also the peak of death; 14d after inflammatory infiltration subsided, the injury began to repair the formation of scars. Conclusion The animal model of myocarditis can be used to study the natural history of myocarditis, possible sequelae of myocarditis, and the therapeutic effect and mechanism of drug therapy on myocarditis
