为了探讨各弓形虫株间毒力、致病性以及在分子水平上的差异,对RH株、PP株、sh-1株弓形虫毒力进行了观察,结果RH株对鼠毒力致病性最强,sh-1株次之,PP株最弱。三株弓形虫基因组DNA经HindII、BamHI、SalI酶切后电泳,结果呈涂布状,用EcoRI酶切后,三株弓形虫DNA均出现一条带,说明弓形虫株间分化程度不高,采用酶切分析法不能分辨出株间差异,应在此基础上用单考贝或多考贝的探针进行Southern印迹分析,或用更先进的分辨力更高的方法进行分析。
Toxoplasma gondii RH strain, PP strain and sh-1 strain Toxoplasma gondii were observed in order to investigate the virulence, pathogenicity and molecular differences of Toxoplasma gondii strains. Strongest, sh-1 strain second, PP strain the weakest. Three Toxoplasma gondii genomic DNA was digested by HindII, BamHI, SalI electrophoresis and the results were coated, digested with EcoRI, the three Toxoplasma gondii DNA showed a band, indicating that Toxoplasma gondii differentiation is not high, using Restriction analysis can not tell the difference between strains, and Southern blot analysis should be performed on single probes or probes based on this, or with more advanced methods of higher resolution.
