This article identified the toxicity of fumonisin B 1 (FB 1), a Fusarium maniliforme metabolite, to corn callus cultures and compared it with two known Fusarium toxins, Montilorb and T-2 toxins The results showed that in the modified MS medium, the growth of callus gradually decreased with the increase of the content of FB_1 toxin, and obvious growth inhibition was observed at 1.0mg / L 1.30μm and above. Compared with the control, various toxins that reduced 50% of the callus of maize were FB_1 13.0 μM, Moniliformin 102 μM, and T-2 215 μM respectively.
