Appropriate in vitro research models are of great significance for the experimental study of human leukemia. In the early 1970s, researchers established mouse erythroleukemia cell lines and mouse myeloid leukemia cell lines as models for the study of hematopoietic cell proliferation, differentiation, and gene expression regulation. Later, some human leukemia cell lines were established one after another, providing a stable, uniform, and convenient model system for the experimental study of human leukemia. Studies on the induction of differentiation of these cell lines in vitro provide important data and basis for elucidating the relationship between the proliferation and differentiation of human hematopoietic cells and the regulation of gene expression; in-depth study on the application of experimental methods of cytogenetics and molecular biology
