近几年来,韩国音像制品对我国及其它亚洲国家的出口迅速增加,形成一股强劲的“韩流”。相比之下,外国音像制品对韩国的出口尽管也有所增长,但相对缓慢,这与韩国政府积极扶持本国音像制品的生产和出口、适度控制国外资本和节目输入的政策是分不开。事实上,韩国采取的是官民并举、努力把民族音像产业做强做大的政策。我国于2001年12月正式加入世贸组织,尽管对广播影视业市场开放
In recent years, the export of Korean audio-video products to China and other Asian countries has rapidly increased, forming a strong “Korean Wave.” In contrast, the export of foreign audio-visual products to South Korea despite its growth has been relatively slow, which is inseparable from the ROK government’s policy of actively supporting the production and export of domestic audio-video products and moderately controlling foreign capital and program input. In fact, what South Korea has adopted is a policy of making both the government and the people go hand in hand and strive to make the national audiovisual industry stronger and bigger. My country officially acceded to the WTO in December 2001, although it is open to the radio, film and television industry
