陕西省水电工程局二公司是一支具有承建大中型水利水电枢纽工程任务的综合机械化施工企业,拥有大中型工程施工机械共计300多台,它占据了企业固定资产的大部分,且分布在不同施工点,这对企业的设备管理提出了新的要求。近年来,我们始终坚持“以改革为动力、以创新求发展、以效益为中心”的设备管理思路,注重设备的更新和改造,重点抓好以下五个方面工作:
