This article systematically observed the different frequencies of systemic vibration caused mice 125I-sodium iodide absorption and distribution. Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the distribution density (cpm / kg) of sodium iodide in different tissues of mice. The results showed that vibration can significantly promote the absorption rate of sodium iodide in mice. Among them, the distribution density of sodium iodide in cardiac tissue, liver tissue, blood and kidney tissue was significantly increased compared with the control group. The distribution density depends on the vibration frequency. At the same time, vibration can accelerate the process of sodium iodide dissipation in mice.
