根据回转式空气预热器的工作机理,通过理论分析,把金属蓄热元件视为某一假想的流体,将非稳态传热与金属蓄热元件的机械运动等同于稳态换热过程,采用控制容积法建立了回转式空气预热器的流体动力学传热微分方程组与对应的差分方程组,详细给出了数值解法的计算过程,并以某220 MW锅炉机组的三分仓冷、热分段回转式空气预热器为例,结合实际运行参数进行了校核热力计算.结果表明:该数值解法合理、收敛快且具有合理的计算精度,可以得到空气预热器运行中金属蓄热元件、烟气与空气的温度分布;经与实际运行参数校核,与设计工况参数较吻合.
According to the working principle of the rotary air preheater, through theoretical analysis, the metal heat storage element is regarded as an imaginary fluid, the unsteady heat transfer and the mechanical movement of the metal heat storage element are equivalent to the steady state heat exchange process, The control volume method was used to establish the hydrodynamic heat transfer differential equations and the corresponding difference equations of the rotary air preheater. The calculation process of the numerical solution was given in detail. Taking the tridimensional cooling of a 220 MW boiler unit , The hot segment rotary air preheater is taken as an example to verify the thermal calculation based on the actual operating parameters.The results show that the numerical solution is reasonable and convergent quickly and has reasonable calculation accuracy, Heat storage components, flue gas and air temperature distribution; After checking with the actual operating parameters, and design conditions more consistent parameters.
