型砂的冲击韧性是应力与应变的综合指标,强调或忽视两个因素之一个都是错误的。改进后的刀形冲头的型砂冲击韧性仪,试块破坏时所受的力更接近砂型起模时的受力状态,因此,冲击韧性更能反应起模性。本文通过型砂各组分对冲击韧性、拉韧性、破碎指数的影响规律进而比较三者的异同,发现冲击韧性较其他方法测试的韧性更具有科学性,鉴于冲击韧性的测试具有独特优点,可用于现场检测型砂性能。
