经考查合成没食子酸高级烷醇酯的最佳工艺条件为:OG(没食子酸辛酯)酸醇摩尔比1:1.2;酸催化剂摩尔比1:0.14~0.19;反应温度123~126℃;反应时间9小时。DG(没食子酸十二烷醇酯)酸醇摩尔比1:1.21酸催化剂摩尔比1:0.058~0.14;反应温度124~128℃;反应时间14小时。它们在猪油中的抗氧化效能十分接近,DG稍强。
The optimum conditions for the synthesis of higher alkanol esters of gallic acid were as follows: the mole ratio of OG (octyl gallate) to alcohol was 1: 1.2; the mole ratio of acid catalyst was 1: 0.14 ~ 0.19; the reaction temperature was 123 ~ 126 ° C; reaction time 9 hours.
