用形态计量技术测定１１例类固醇糖尿病（Ｓ、ＤＭ）剖检标本胰腺多肽叶和非多肽叶的重量，并与９例胰岛素非依赖性糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）及６例非糖尿病胰腺进行对照。结果表明：和非糖尿病胰腺相比，Ｓ、ＤＭ与ＮＩＤＤＭ具有相似的重量改变，即胰腺非多肽叶重量的相对减少，表现在多肽叶和非多肽叶的重量比值明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０５）。Ｓ、ＤＭ和ＮＩＤＤＭ还具有相似的形态学改变，如胰岛的玻璃样变性等，但Ｓ、ＤＭ的改变比ＮＩＤＤＭ要轻。实验结果可部分解释两型糖尿病在临床表现上的区别
The morphometric techniques were used to determine the weight of pancreatic polypeptide leaves and non-polypeptide leaves in 11 cases of steroid-induced diabetes mellitus (DM) and compared with 9 cases of NIDDM and 6 cases of non-diabetic pancreas. The results showed that S, DM and NIDDM had similar weight changes compared with non-diabetic pancreas, that is, the relative reduction of non-polypeptide leaf weight in the pancreas showed a significant increase in the weight ratio of polypeptide leaf to non-polypeptide leaf (P <0.05 ). S, DM and NIDDM also have similar morphological changes, such as islet glassy degeneration, etc., but S, DM changes lighter than NIDDM. The experimental results can partly explain the difference in the clinical manifestations of type 2 diabetes mellitus
