国内现行的插销试验机大多是机械加载式的。这种试验机除了可以进行焊接冷裂性能。试验和层状撕裂试验之外,在增加简单的附件之后,还可以进行再热裂纹试验、接头再热脆化性能试验、应力腐蚀性能试验和焊缝金属 LB—TRC 试验。所有这些试验,都具有设备简单、试验操作方便、消耗试验材料少和节省试验经费等优点,同时都能得到定量的试验结果。因而在焊接科研和生产中具有实际意义。本文以本校科教设备厂制造的 JHL—1型插销试验机为例,综述在该试验机上所进行的各种抗裂性能试验的原理、试验方法、所得到的试验数据及其处理方法。
Most of the current latching test machine is mechanically loaded. In addition to this test machine can be welded cold cracking performance. In this paper, JHL-1 bolt testing machine made by our science and education equipment factory is taken as an example to summarize the principles, test methods, test data and processing methods of various crack resistance tests conducted on this testing machine.
