目的:观察加酶超声浸浴配合酸化水在器械清洗中的效果。方法:加酶超声浸浴配合酸化水对医院手术室医疗器械进行清洗消毒,统计2011年至2013年医疗器械处理质量检测结果,分析加酶超声浸浴配合酸化水在器械清洗中的效果和作用。结果:2011-2013年,观察组处理的各种管腔器械与医疗器械共达3220件,合格数为3156件,合格率为98.0%;对照组处理的各种管腔器械与医疗器械共达3125件,经目测法检测合格数为2365件,合格率为75.7;两组差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过加酶超声浸浴与酸化水的配合,可以有效清洗医疗器械的残留污渍,对器械的保养和使用具有重要的意义。
Objective: To observe the effect of adding enzyme ultrasonic bath and acidified water on instrument cleaning. Methods: Enzyme - ultrasonic bath combined with acidified water was used to clean and disinfect the medical equipment in the operating room of the hospital. The results of medical device quality control from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed. The effect and effect of adding enzyme ultrasonic bath and acidified water on instrument cleaning . Results: From 2011 to 2013, the observation group handled a total of 3220 pieces of various lumen devices and medical devices, with a qualified number of 3156, with a pass rate of 98.0%. All kinds of lumen devices and medical devices handled by the control group reached a total of 3125, the number of qualified by the visual test was 2365, with a pass rate of 75.7; the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of ultrasonic bath and acidified water can effectively clean residual stains on medical devices, which is of great significance to the maintenance and use of instruments.
