本研究的目的在于了解经海群生治疗后剩留的微丝蚴感染蚊虫后能否发育成感染期幼虫。试验对象为3例班氏微丝蚴携带者,第1例为41岁农民,经海群生3个疗程(总量为12.9克)治疗后115天又查到微丝蚴;第2例为15岁的学生,服海群生一个疗程(总量5克),于治后46天查见微丝蚴;第3例为35岁的家庭妇女,未经治疗作为对照。在晚上10~11时用实验室饲养的致乏库蚊分别
The purpose of this study is to understand whether the infection of larvae can develop after the infection of mosquitoes with microfilariae that remain after the treatment of seaquakes.
