随着教育改革的开放与发展,教师专业素质的培养得到重视,可是幼儿园保育队伍由于受园内体制、经济等条件的制约,普遍出现老龄化、文化水平低、人员流动性大等问题,保教队伍中存在一些不稳定、不和谐现象。她们基本上都是非学前专业,整体素质不高,社会不太重视,保育老师缺乏对保育工作的深入认识,对自身工作的要求不高,从而影响了她们对自身工作的定位。我园通过乐行理念来进行保育团队建设,通过多种方式来培养一个乐于学习、乐于行动、乐于分享的保育员团队,并取得了一些成效。
With the opening up and development of education reform, attention has been paid to the training of teachers’ professional qualities. However, due to the restriction of the system and economy of kindergartens, the nursery education teams generally face the problems of aging, low educational level and large mobility of personnel. There are some unstable and discordant phenomena in the ranks. They are basically non-preschool majors. The overall quality is not high and the society lacks importance. Nursing teachers lack in-depth understanding of childcare work and their own job requirements are not high, thus affecting their position on their own work. I Park through the concept of music to carry out conservation team building, through a variety of ways to develop a willing to learn, willing to act, willing to share the nursery team, and achieved some success.
