针对大部分高功率光纤激光器只具备连续出光模式,而工业机器人本身不能提供脉冲指令的问题,提出了基于Ether CAT协议的机器人激光焊接系统集成解决方案。依据机器人控制系统的特点,选取遵循Ether CAT协议的扩展板卡作为从站,通过机器人主站软件系统控制激光器出光。焊接试验表明:采用Ether CAT协议的焊接集成解决了激光器出光及与机器人运动不同步的问题,完全能实现点焊、脉冲焊和连续焊等焊接过程。
To solve the problem that most high-power fiber lasers only have continuous light-emitting mode, and industrial robots can not provide pulse commands, a robot laser welding system integration solution based on Ether CAT protocol is proposed. According to the characteristics of the robot control system, select the expansion card that conforms to the Ether CAT protocol as the slave, and control the laser by the master station software system. The welding experiments show that the soldering integration using Ether CAT protocol solves the problem that the laser emits light and is out of synchronization with the robot movement, and can fully realize the welding processes of spot welding, pulse welding and continuous welding.
