合肥钢厂转炉钢的生产情况自第三季度以来有了进一步提高。该厂在第三季度一开始,即针对过去炉龄低、利用系数不高等缺点采取措施。首先进行了加强生产管理工作,修订操作规程,去外地参观学习先进经验,制订了技术措施。在此基础上,炉龄及利用系数得到逐步提高.7月份的平均炉龄比上月提高42%,8月份上半月平均炉龄又比7月份提高40%;利用系数及钢锭合格率也逐月提高。该厂的主要措施如下:(1)在转炉吹炼方面,要求控制面吹,严格控制摇炉角度和风压,为了及时改进操作,维护炉衬,要求每3~5炉量一次风眼长度,同时规定了量风眼的交接班制度。保证化学成份合格的主要经验是:1)重视交接班技术联系工作接班前摸清铁水成份吹炼情况以及成品化学成份波动范围等,做到心中有数。2)当进炉铁水含硫大于0.08~0.1%时,每隔一二炉取铁水样分析,便于扒渣前根据铁水含硫高低而在造渣制度上
