回归分析是处理实验数据的一种统计方法,已在工业、农业、经济、生物、气象等许多领域得到了广泛应用。在一般情况下,炉气成分有N_2、CO、CO_2、O_2、H_2O、H_2、CH_4等,除了N_2,包括炉温均能直接影响炉气的碳势。因此,可以用回归分析方法找出碳势与炉气成分及温度间的相关关系,分析各种炉气成分及炉温对碳势的影响,这对选择碳势控制方法,提高控制精度是非常有益的。
Regression analysis is a statistical method of dealing with experimental data and has been widely used in many fields such as industry, agriculture, economy, biology and meteorology. Under normal circumstances, the furnace gas composition of N_2, CO, CO_2, O_2, H_2O, H_2, CH_4, etc., in addition to N_2, including the furnace temperature can directly affect the carbon potential of furnace gas. Therefore, regression analysis can be used to find out the relationship between carbon potential and furnace gas composition and temperature, and to analyze the influence of various furnace gas compositions and furnace temperature on carbon potential. This is of great importance for selecting a carbon potential control method and improving the control accuracy benefit.
