时下食品安全事件频发,老百姓发出了究竟吃啥才安全的哀叹。人们呼吁从源头把关,确保农产品的安全。在淮河中游安徽凤台县钱庙乡张池村,有个瓜果飘香、鱼跃虾跳的立体农业生态科技示范园,置身其间,仿若进入一个现代生态农业生产“大车间”:水稻、蔬菜和龙虾并存,不施一粒化肥,不喷一滴农药。这里产出的产品质优价高:有机稻虾米19.6元/千克,小龙虾52元/千克,鳜鱼60元/千克,紫芋12元/千克,朝天椒26元/千克……在这个农庄主人刘传光手里的土地,一年有3次丰收,亩年产值9000元以上,亩年均收益达5200元。
