目的:探究个性化护理干预对痔疮术后排尿排便困难的效果。方法:选取我院2012年9月-2015年3月收治的100例痔疮术后排尿排便困难的患者,将其随机分成对照组和观察组。手术后均以常规的方式进行护理,观察组通过个性化护理,对比两组患者手术后的疼痛感,以及排尿、排便困难的程度和手术后抑郁的程度。结果:两组进行对比,观察组手术后首次的排尿,排便的时间、满意度均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学的意义。结论:个性化护理干预对于痔疮手术后排尿排便困难的患者,具有良性的影响,值得临床方面应用和推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of personalized nursing intervention on the difficulty of urination and defecation after hemorrhoids operation. Methods: A total of 100 patients with dysuria after defecation of hemorrhoids who were treated in our hospital from September 2012 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. After surgery, the patients were treated in the usual way. The observation group was treated with personalized care to compare the postoperative pain perception, the degree of urination and defecation difficulty and the degree of postoperative depression among the two groups. Results: The two groups were compared. The first urination and defecation time and satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Personalized nursing intervention has a benign effect on patients who have difficulties in urination and defecation after hemorrhoids operation, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
