近年来,中国—尼日利亚贸易和投资关系进入了一个新的阶段。经济交往带来的大量效益(或机遇)以及代价(或挑战),其中包括治理和安全事务。从效益角度而言,尼日利亚出口到中国的商品增长了十几倍,同时,尼日利亚对中国的进口额也增长了十倍之多。中尼两国不同的利益攸关者都能从贸易投资流动过程中获益。然而,考虑到两国间的贸易投资模式可能冲击或威胁到尼日利亚的工业化努力,特别是发端于经济往来的治理和安全问题,其中包括不正当竞争、欺诈性交易,例如进口和生产未达标产品、违反国家劳动和人权法规、违反环境法和健康/安全标准、腐败、绑架和缺乏透明度。最后,本文将为未来政策的制定提供一些建议。
In recent years, China-Nigeria trade and investment relations have entered a new phase. The enormous benefits (or opportunities) and costs (or challenges) associated with economic engagement include governance and security issues. From a profit point of view, Nigerian exports to China have increased more than tenfold, while Nigerian imports to China have also increased tenfold. Different stakeholders in China and Nigeria can benefit from the flow of trade and investment. However, considering that trade and investment patterns between the two countries may impact or threaten the industrialization efforts in Nigeria, especially the governance and security issues that originate in the economy, including unfair competition, fraudulent transactions such as the import and production of substandard products , Violation of national labor and human rights laws, violation of environmental laws and health / safety standards, corruption, abduction and lack of transparency. Finally, this article will provide some suggestions for the future policy formulation.
