用各种不同人工材料修补鼓膜穿孔以改善听力迄今已200余年。已知不同人工材料包括各种聚合物和生物膜亦各有其不同的缺点。特别是对中、老年患者行听力增进手术多数耳科学家认为不太适宜。为此,作者选用软磁性弹性膜片对30例中、老年患者(51~75岁)鼓膜干性穿孔进行修补。病例选择:保持干耳6月以上,紧张部中央穿孔,槌骨柄完好;或紧张部大穿孔,但鼓膜残边离鼓环至少在2mm以上;咽鼓管通畅,鸡蛋膜贴补穿孔听力有改善者。凡符合上述条件的Ⅰ~Ⅱ度传音性或混合型重听患者,均可用此法修补穿孔之鼓膜。本组30例中有双耳膜干性穿孔6例,一耳干性穿
