三辛基氧膦(TOPO)萃取分离铀,继以2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(Br-PADAP)显色作铀为分光光度测定已有详尽研究,应用也日益广泛,但大多数是用酸分解样品.本文对有色金属矿石中含铀量低及不易为酸所分解的样品,采用过氧化钠熔融,调节为2M硝酸介质,使用大体积防止盐类析出,在掩蔽剂存在下,用TOPO萃取富集铀,继用Br-PADAP显色,进行铀的分光光度测定,取得满意的分析结果.本法可测定0.000X%以上的铀.
