工程院自主研制可溶桥塞完成水平井压裂试验

2017年9月24日至26日,在新疆油田公司开发公司的大力支持下,新疆油田公司工程技术研究院在车排子油田CHHW2109井开展了可溶桥塞水平井现场试验。9月26日19时,随着最后一台压裂车的轰鸣声缓缓消失在戈壁,CHHW2109井第八级压裂顺利完成,标志着工程院自主研制的可溶桥塞在水平井中压裂试验取得圆满成功。CHHW2109井是一口压裂试验井,旨在开展高比例滑溜水携砂和可溶桥塞压裂试验。设计采用电缆泵送桥塞射孔联作工艺,共分19级压裂改造,其中第五级至第八级下入工程院自主研制的可溶桥塞。 From September 24 to September 26, 2017, with the strong support of Xinjiang Oilfield Company Development Corporation, Xinjiang Oilfield Company Engineering Research Institute conducted a field test of soluble bridge plug horizontal well in CHHW2109, Chepaizi Oilfield. At 1900 hours on September 26, as the roar of the last fracturing car gradually disappeared in the Gobi, the eighth-stage fracturing of well CHHW2109 was successfully completed, marking a breakthrough in horizontal well fracturing of the self-developed soluble bridge plug A complete success. CHHW2109 well is a fracturing test well designed to carry high proportion of slippery water carrying sand and soluble bridge plugging fracturing test. The design uses the cable to pump bridge piercing perforation process, which is divided into 19 fracturing reformations, among which, the fifth to the eighth grade enter the soluble bridging plug independently developed by the engineering institute.
