度米芬(化学名为溴化十二烷基二甲基2—苯氧—乙荃胺)为一种消毒防腐剂和粘膜消炎的季胺盐类药物。文献报导测定的方法多为容量滴定法,且使用有机溶剂氯仿,并在终点临近时要剧烈振荡,手续较繁,不适用于快速连续测定。本文以四苯硼根,苯甲酸根和苦味酸根为对离子与度米芬形成离子对缔合物制成三种不同的PVC膜度米芬电极。度米芬浓度在2×10~(-3)~1×10~(-6)mol/dm~3范围内,浓度与膜电势有良好的线性关系,平均斜率为59mV。研究了电极的稳定性、重现性和选择性。并作了合成样品的分析,回收率在98.6%。
Domiphen (chemically known as dodecyl dimethyl 2-phenoxy-ethnopurine) is a disinfectant preservative and mucosal anti-inflammatory quaternary ammonium salts. The methods reported in the literature mostly volumetric titration, and the use of organic solvents, chloroform, and in the end when the need to be violent oscillation, the procedure more complicated, not suitable for rapid continuous determination. In this paper, tetraphenylborazine, benzoate and picrate as ion pairs and dipyridamole to form ion-pair complexes made of three different PVC membrane Mi Fen electrode. The concentration of domiphen was in the range of 2 × 10 -3 ~ 1 × 10 -6 mol / dm 3, and the concentration had a good linear relationship with the membrane potential with an average slope of 59 mV. The stability, reproducibility and selectivity of the electrode were investigated. And made a synthetic sample analysis, the recovery rate was 98.6%.
