目的:研制一种能通过血脑屏障的抗癫痫新药。方法:向兔癫痫模型耳缘静脉内注射4mlBDEGABA(新γ氨基丁酸拟似剂β2乙基γ氨基丁酸)生理溶液后,观察疗效。结果:BDEGABA可明显抑制癫痫动物模型的癫痫发作和脑电图的癫样棘状波的振幅和频率(与对照组比较在统计学上有显著性差异)。结论:BDEGABA可通过血脑屏障,发挥明显的抗癫痫作用。
Objective: To develop a new anti-epileptic drug that can cross the blood-brain barrier. Methods: Rabbit epilepsy model ear vein intravenous injection of 4mlBDEGABA (a new γ aminobutyric acid analog β 2 ethyl γ aminobutyric acid) physiological solution, observe the effect. Results: BDEGABA significantly suppressed the amplitude and frequency of epileptic seizures and electroencephalographic epileptic spicules in the epileptic animal model (statistically significant difference compared with the control group). Conclusion: BDEGABA can pass the blood-brain barrier and exert obvious antiepileptic effect.
