食管癌的早期诊断是提高食管癌治疗效果和生存率的关键，也是目前该领域研究的重点。早期食管癌的手术治疗远期疗效甚佳，但早期发现和诊断比较困难，我院于1986年4月～1998年12月在食管癌高发区扬中市应用上消化道隐血珠初筛，经胃镜普查检查共发现早期食管癌85例，报告如下。
The early diagnosis of esophageal cancer is the key to improve the therapeutic effect and survival rate of esophageal cancer, and it is also the focus of research in this field. Surgical treatment of early esophageal cancer has good long-term results, but early detection and diagnosis are difficult. In April 1986-December 1998, our hospital used the upper gastrointestinal cryptocytoplasm to screen in Yangzhong City, a high-risk area of esophageal cancer. A total of 85 cases of early esophageal cancer were detected in the census. The report is as follows.
