北京市轨道交通昌平线轨道工程工程量大、工期紧、施工难度大,项目部采取分段组织施工、分阶段实现节点目标的组织手段,有效地履行了合同约定。对昌平线轨道工程施工的安全管理、质量管理、工期管理、成本控制进行阐述、总结,交流城市轨道交通项目施工在组织和管理上的经验。
The Changping Line orbital project of Beijing Rail Transit is large in quantity, tight in construction period and difficult in construction. The project department takes the organizational construction in stages and implements the node objectives in stages, effectively fulfilling the contractual stipulations. The safety management, quality control, schedule management and cost control of Changping line track construction are described, and the experience in organization and management of the construction of urban rail transit project is summarized and exchanged.
