报道了负载型Ni金属催化剂的表面特征和对CH4与CO2重整制合成气的催化性能.反应结果和TPR,XRD结果表明:Ni担载量为9.0%的催化剂具有最佳的反应性能,Ni组分以高分散表面化合物形式存在.助剂对催化剂活性的影响随载体和添加方式的不同有较大差异,其中少量MgO,La2O3对改善催化剂的稳定性和抗积碳能力有十分显著的效果.载体和制备方法对催化剂性能具有明显影响,其中浸渍法制备的Ni/MgO催化剂不仅具有高活性且可在750℃下连续反应100h不失活.根据新鲜的、还原处理的和反应后的催化剂的XRD结果,讨论了MgO,La2O3助剂的作用和MgO的载体作用,并初步分析了催化剂的失活原因
The surface characteristics of supported Ni metal catalysts and the catalytic performance of CH4 and CO2 for the reforming of syngas were reported. The results of the reaction and TPR and XRD showed that the catalyst with the Ni loading of 9.0% had the best reaction performance and the Ni component was in the form of highly dispersed surface compound. The influence of additives on the catalyst activity varies greatly with the carrier and the mode of addition. A small amount of MgO and La2O3 have a very significant effect on improving the stability of the catalyst and anti-carbon deposition capability. The carrier and the preparation method have a significant effect on the catalyst performance. The Ni / MgO catalyst prepared by the impregnation method has high activity and can be continuously deactivated at 750 DEG C for 100 hours. Based on the XRD results of fresh, reduced and reacted catalysts, the effects of MgO and La2O3 promoters and the support effect of MgO were discussed. The reasons for the deactivation of the catalysts were also analyzed
