本文通过纹藤壶幼虫培养条件的试验,解决了培养中的关键性问题,提出了一套能够较大量培养出金星幼虫的培养期短、成活率高、稳定重复的培养方法。 (一)由于扁藻易被无节幼虫消化吸收,且不易沉底死亡,因此为培养藤壶幼虫的优良饵料。在一立升水体中,幼虫1,000个,投放密度每天每毫升10万个细胞为最适宜。 (二)水温为25℃时,无节幼虫经六天培养即可变态为金星幼虫。30℃时,仅四天,说明水温略高对无节幼虫的生长与变态有促进作用。 (三)在培养过程中,每天换新鲜海水能提高成活率比数。 (四)在上述条件下,无节幼虫经四天培养即可变态为金星幼虫,成活率达到95%以上。如再添加Fe~(+++),每升的浓度达0.1mg或0.25mg时,促进作用相当显著,培养三天即可使无节幼虫变态为金星幼虫。
In this paper, we try to solve the key problems in culture by culturing larvae of barnacle beetle, and propose a culture method capable of cultivating Venus larvae in large quantities with short cultivation period, high survival rate and stable repetition. (A) Because Platymonas albopictus easily digested and absorbed by nauplii, and not sink to the bottom, so for the cultivation of barnacle larvae fine feed. In an ascending body of water, larvae 1,000, the daily delivery density of 100,000 cells per ml is the most appropriate. (B) when the water temperature is 25 ℃, nauplii metamorphosis of Venus larvae after six days of culture. 30 ℃, only four days, indicating that the water temperature slightly higher nauplii growth and metamorphosis have a promoting effect. (C) In the training process, the daily replacement of fresh seawater can improve the survival rate ratio. (D) Under the above conditions, nauplii can be metamorphosis of Venus larvae after four days of culture, survival rate of 95% or more. If you add Fe ~ (+++), the concentration of 0.1mg or 0.25mg per liter, the promotion effect is quite significant, three days can be cultured nauplii metamorphosis as Venus larvae.
