对采煤机渐开线、摆线复合齿轮-销轨无链牵引机构作了理论分析及光弹性试验研究。论述了复合齿廓的形成及传动性能,进行了啮合运行状态的计算机模拟仿真,并利用有限元法和光弹实验对其强度进行了分析,研究表明该机构具有良好的啮合特性和适应性,不仅克服了普通摆线齿轮节点附近接触应力大、磨损严重的弊病,而且齿根弯曲强度也有了一定程度的提高。
The theoretical analysis and photoelasticity test of shearer involute, cycloid compound gear - pin-rail chainless traction mechanism were made. The formation and transmission performance of the compound tooth profile are discussed. The computer simulation of the meshing operation is carried out. The strength of the compound tooth profile is analyzed by the finite element method and the photoelastic experiment. The results show that the mechanism has good meshing characteristics and adaptability. It overcomes the shortcoming of serious contact stress and serious abrasion in the vicinity of common cycloidal gear node, and the root flexural strength has also been improved to a certain extent.
