通过性能测试和金相观察,研究不同氧、氮环境下钢中添加硼对性能和组织的影响,结果表明:硼降低了SS400钢的延伸率;钢水脱氧去氮完全时,钢板的屈服强度和抗拉强度均得到提高;钢水脱氧去氮不完全时,钢板的屈服强度和抗拉强度均降低;钢板不同厚度处组织均出现有贝氏体和魏氏体,只有上下1/4处有少量的珠光体,珠光体形成被严重抑制。
Through the performance test and metallographic observation, the effect of adding boron on the properties and microstructure of the steel in different oxygen and nitrogen environments was studied. The results showed that boron reduced the elongation of the SS400 steel; when the deoxidation of nitrogen and nitrogen were complete, the yield strength and Tensile strength are improved; In the case of incomplete deoxidization and de-nitrification of molten steel, the yield strength and tensile strength of the steel plate are reduced; Bainite and Wenshen steel body appear in the different thickness of the steel plate, only a small amount Of pearlite, pearlite formation is severely inhibited.
