For the township hospitals to achieve “energy” management mechanism to explore the feasibility of publicly selecting the chief of township hospitals in 1995, we follow the “open, fair, competitive, preferred” principle, for the county health System publicly selected township hospital president. After exams, interviews, examinations and probation procedures, 6 comrades from 86 applicants are preferred to serve in 6 township hospitals.
