肝细胞腺瘤(LCA)少见,国外文献报道300例,国内报道总计42例,现将我们所见的一例报告如下。患者,男,44岁。于一周前体检时发现腹部有一肿物。无不适。既往体健。否认肝炎等传染病史。出生于内蒙,未到过流行病区。家族中无同样病史及遗传病史。查体:中上腹可触及15cm×8cm 肿块,质韧,无压痛,界清,活动差。B 超示肝被膜光滑,实质分布均 Hepatocellular adenomas (LCA) are rare, and 300 cases have been reported in foreign countries.
