目的介绍治疗部分眼后段疾病的给药方法——筋膜下植入胶原海绵灌注系统,研究其治疗视网膜动脉阻塞病例的有效性。方法采用回顾性对比研究的方法,使用“胶原海绵灌注系统”治疗了视网膜中央或者分支动脉阻塞的患者23例23眼(治疗组),使用传统方法治疗了18例19眼(对照组)。从出现症状到开始治疗的时间为2h~42h。治疗组患者以通过“筋膜下灌注系统”给药的方式代替球后给药。比较了两组患者治疗前和治疗后2w的视力和阻塞支动脉的开始充盈时间的变化。结果治疗后两组的阻塞支动脉开始充盈时间的减少值分别为(16.3±4.1)s和(10.9±4.6)s,有统计学意义(P<0.001),治疗组患者的视力明显好于对照组。结论在治疗一些视网膜动脉阻塞患者方面,“筋膜下植入胶原海绵灌注系统”的效果优于球后给药。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the method of dosing the disease in the posterior segment of the eye for subcutaneous injection into the collagen sponge perfusion system to study its effectiveness in the treatment of retinal artery occlusion. Methods A retrospective and comparative study was conducted in 23 patients (treatment group) with 23 cases of retinal central or branch artery occlusion treated with “collagen sponge infusion system” and 18 cases of 19 eyes (control group) treated with traditional methods. From the onset of symptoms to treatment time is 2h ~ 42h. Patients in the treatment group were given a replacement for the ball by means of “subfascial perfusion system” administration. The changes of visual acuity and the filling time of the occluded artery were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 2 weeks. Results After treatment, the reduction in the time from the beginning of filling of the occlusion artery was (16.3 ± 4.1) s and (10.9 ± 4.6) s in both groups, with statistical significance (P <0.001). The visual acuity of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group group. CONCLUSIONS: “Sub-fascial implanting of collagen sponge infusion system” is superior to post-bulbar delivery in the treatment of some patients with retinal artery occlusion.
