以生产上广泛应用的5个光温敏不育系为材料,研究育性敏感期低温(17.5℃,10 d)处理对其叶片中内源激素ABA、IAA、GA含量以及GA/ABA比值的影响。结果表明,供试不育系在低温处理下ABA含量总体上升,IAA、GA含量及GA/ABA比值下降;返回大田恢复生长5 d后各不育系的ABA含量趋于正常水平。冷害指数较小的Y58S和广占63S在低温处理过程中IAA、GA含量及GA/ABA比值相对稳定,返回大田恢复生长后大幅上升且高于对照;冷害指数较大的不育系C815S和株1S随低温处理时间延长,IAA、GA含量及GA/ABA比值下降幅度较大,恢复生长后仍低于对照。
Five photosynthetic thermo-sensitive genic male sterile lines, which are widely used in production, were used to study the contents of endogenous hormones ABA, IAA, GA and the GA / ABA ratio in fertile sensitive period under the low temperature (17.5 ℃, 10 d) influences. The results showed that the ABA content of tested sterile lines generally increased, the content of IAA and GA and the ratio of GA / ABA decreased. After returning to field for 5 days, the ABA content in different sterile lines tended to be normal. The content of IAA and GA and the ratio of GA / ABA were relatively stable during the process of low temperature treatment, and returned to the field and then rose sharply and higher than that of the control. The C815S and strain C815S with larger chilling injury index 1S with low temperature treatment time, IAA, GA content and GA / ABA ratio decreased significantly, after recovery growth is still lower than the control.
