本文用无量纲形式表达机床二支承和三支承主轴部件静刚度的计算公式。在此基础上,导出了二支承主轴的最佳支承距离ιo解的精确表达式,以及计及前支承角刚度条件下的主轴挠度和前支承转角的计算关系。研究了三支承主轴当支承距离改变时,获得主轴最大静刚度的条件以及主轴节点位置对刚度的影响。最后对主轴静刚度优化设计准则和方法进行了讨论。文中得出一套实用的计算图表可供设计者选用。
In this paper, the non-dimensional form of machine tool two bearings and three bearing components of static stiffness calculation formula. On this basis, the exact solution of the optimal bearing distance of two spindles is deduced, and the relationship between the principal axis deflection and the front bearing angle is taken into account when the stiffness of the front bearing is taken into account. The conditions of the maximum static stiffness of the main shaft and the influence of the position of the main shaft on the stiffness of the three main bearings when the bearing distance is changed are studied. Finally, the design principles and methods of the static stiffness of the spindle are discussed. The article draws a set of practical calculation charts for designers to choose.
