以季戊四醇PER、磷酸和三聚氰胺为原料,乙二醇为介质,通过两步反应合成了膨胀型阻燃剂季戊四醇双磷酸三聚氰胺盐。采用单因素法对合成反应的物料比、反应温度、反应时间进行了探索研究,确定了最佳合成工艺;通过红外光谱、热重以及差示扫描量热分析对产物结构进行了表征;与其他阻燃剂复配抄纸,综合分析不同配比下阻燃纸的机械性能与阻燃性能。结果表明:当FR、APP和PER的复配用量为10%、3%和2%时,成纸的氧指数33,垂直燃烧性能达到V-0级,阻燃纸的机械性能更优。
Using pentaerythritol PER, phosphoric acid and melamine as raw materials and ethylene glycol as the medium, the intumescent flame retardant pentaerythritol melamine bisphosphate melamine salt was synthesized in two steps. The synthesis ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated by single factor method, and the best synthesis process was determined. The product structure was characterized by FTIR, TG and differential scanning calorimetry. Compared with other Flame retardant compound papermaking, a comprehensive analysis of the flame retardant paper with different ratio of mechanical properties and flame retardant properties. The results showed that the oxygen index of the paper was 33, the vertical burning performance reached V-0 when the blending amount of FR, APP and PER was 10%, 3% and 2%, and the mechanical properties of flame retardant paper were better.
