备件直接影响企业安全运营和成本管理,关系到企业的信誉和效益。为提高备件的保障能力,综合权衡备件费用与机械系统的使用可用度,提出一种基于马尔可夫模型的备件配置优化方法。采用该方法建立备件配置动态规划模型,并以系统的使用可用度为约束条件,以总费用为优化目标,从而确定最佳备件配置数量,使有限的备件发挥最大的保障效能。最后结合某机械车间说明该方法的有效性和可行性。
Spare parts directly affect the security operations and cost management, related to the credibility and effectiveness of enterprises. In order to improve the ability of spare parts protection and balance the spare parts costs and the availability of mechanical systems, a method of spare parts configuration optimization based on Markov model is proposed. This method is used to establish the dynamic programming model of spare parts configuration, and the availability of the system is used as the constraint condition, and the total cost is taken as the optimization objective to determine the optimal spare parts configuration quantity so that the limited spare parts can exert the maximum protection effectiveness. Finally, a mechanical workshop combined with the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
